Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of the data that Troll King LLC collects through its applications, including Voxel Mage: Siege, Hungry Froggos, Critter Counters and Flux Armada.

How to request deletion

Send an email to trollkingstudios@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request, and include:

The name of the application you played
Your in-game Player ID, if you are able to find it (in most of our games this is shown in the Settings or Credits screen)
The platform you played on (Android, iOS, etc.)

If you cannot find your Player ID, send the request anyway and describe your account as best you can — we will help you identify it.

Verification. To protect your account from malicious deletion requests, we may ask you for additional information to confirm that the account is yours before we act on your request.

What gets deleted

What we may need to keep

We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it or where we have a lawful basis to do so. This includes:

Purchase and transaction records, retained for up to seven years to meet tax, accounting and consumer protection obligations. These records are kept in a form that is not used to identify you within the game.
Fraud and abuse records, where deletion would prevent us from enforcing a ban or protecting other players.
Records needed to resolve an active dispute or to comply with a legal obligation.

Note that purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Deleting your data with us does not delete your purchase history held by those stores, and does not entitle you to a refund. Refund requests must be made through the relevant store.

Deletion is permanent

Once your game data is deleted, your progress cannot be restored, and any virtual currency or items associated with your account will be lost. Previously purchased content may be restorable through your app store account, but in-game balances accumulated through play will not be.

Deleting the app

Uninstalling the application removes the data stored locally on your device, but does not delete data held on our servers. To have server-side data deleted, use the email process described above.
